For those who require a higher level of alarm
detection this system includes the remote signaling or monitoring
of the alarm system over their telephone line to a remote alarm
receiving centre [ARC]. This installation like all our systems will
be subject to a full site survey and risk assessment to fully determine
the correct level of protection and detection, needed to comply
with the relevant European alarm installation standards and requirements
of the insurance industry.
The system being a grade 2B alarm system is fully
certified on completion to the approval of the SSAIB Alarms Inspectorate
who on completion issue a certificate of completion to satisfy both
the Police and Insurance Company, that your burglar installation
fully conforms to the relevant European Standard EN50131.
For a PSNI response they will require 2 x nominated
keyholders who have access and live with 20 minutes from the installation.
As a fully monitored system our annual charges include the cost
of statutory 2 x maintenance visits per year and full remote monitoring
of the alarm system for intruders, panic alerts and faults.
