• System Design Proposal – Have you obtained a written and detailed survey!
• Alarm Grading – What type of system have they proposed!
• Certificate of Compliance – Can they issue one on completion!
• Police and Insurance Approved – Are they on the Police register!
• Police Response – Can they provide Remote Signalling!
• Sales & After Care Service – Do they offer or operate a 24Hr service!
• Liability and Products Insurance – Do they hold this level of Insurance Cover

With the European burglar alarm installation standards now in force, all burglar alarm companies should be making their clients more aware of these standards, which now include the grading of all alarm installations and the equipment to be used together with the need to have a risk assessment of their premises carried out and approved, prior to the start of any alarm installation.
