Residential New Build – Self Build
Before you consider any alarm installation you must first take the time to consider this one vital question. Who can I use that has the necessary approvals to install my burglar alarm system? Do I select my local electrician, who has no formal qualifications to install burglar alarm systems, or do I select local professional alarm company who clearly does have the necessary qualifications and approvals to install and fully certify my system on completion, that decision is yours! As a local, fully approved alarm installer we are fully aware that people do tend to use their local electrician or electrical contractor for the installation of their burglar alarm system, but before you do so all we ask you is that you take a minute to ask them to clarify the following points before the start of your alarm installation, as your insurance company will be surely asking you these vital questions, when you start to seek insurance cover, for your new home.
With the European burglar alarm installation standards
now in force, all burglar alarm companies should be making their clients
more aware of these standards, which now include the grading of all alarm
installations and the equipment to be used together with the need to have
a risk assessment of their premises carried out and approved, prior to
the start of any alarm installation. For more information why not check out our Standards or Who Can Install My Alarm features For those who have overlooked the installation
of their burglar alarm, why not consider one of our wireless
alarm systems.
