With any burglar alarm it is important to ensure that each system is tested on a regular basis. This is a statutory requirement under the European Alarm Installation Standard EN50131 and a major requirement of the UK’s Insurance Industry.

The Value of “Alarm Testing”

The regular planned or preventative maintenance of any alarm system is there to identify and prevent a simple fault developing into false alarm activation or the total failure of a system, which only becomes apparent after you have encountered a burglary or during a power failure.

Burglar Alarm Emergency “Callout Service”                    

For those who require the emergency repair of their burglar alarm system we offer a 24Hr callout and repair service. This service is available to all those who wish us to attend their system, either to carryout emergency repairs or to silence the system.

All callouts and emergency repairs are fully chargeable

Burglar Alarm “Test Only Service”                                  

For those who wish to keep the alarm system in a proper working order then it is very important that you ensure that your burglar alarm is fully tested on a regular basis.

Under our “Test Only” service alarm systems are fully tested in-line with the current standards with all minor repairs and adjustments included within our set charge.

Annual or Monthly Payments – Minimum Insurance Requirement

Any emergency call-outs or repairs will be chargeable


Burglar Alarm “Comprehensive Testing & Repair Service”

For those who wish a fully comprehensive testing and repair service we ask you to consider the benefits of our “Aftercare Service”. This service has been developed for those who require a more economic alternative to the usual testing and repair charges.

Under “Aftercare” all charges normally associated with having a burglar alarm including the testing, monitoring* and any emergency call-outs / repairs are condensed into a more economic monthly set charge, for the duration of any agreement.

This service is open to all alarm systems, but is subject to a full technical inspection.

Annual or Monthly Payments – No additional or Hidden Charges – Fixed 3 year Charges

Minimum 3-Year Term Agreement


Burglar Alarm “Up-Grading Service”

As part of our testing and repair service we offer to up-grade any alarm system to the customers requirements. This includes all or any of the following services:

  • All or Partial Up-Grade
  • External Bell Box Replacement Service
